19/08/09 - Items still at HQ! Have called up operations officer, was told will call back within these few days
21/08/09 - Managed to reach the person, was told that the processing unit have not replied her
25/08/09 - Called the person again and she said that the unit has not replied her. Asked her to send another reminder. Sorry to our spree-ers for the delay. Please understand that we are already trying our best to push them
